I sell a nice bronze medal for participating in the "Europeo Karting 78; Parma-Italy" karting championship. The medal is made of bronze and quite heavy (232 g), diameter 6.8 cm, thickness 1.2 cm and in very good condition. At the bottom, you can see the unidentified signature of the creator (Dorel?). These races were known as a prelude to F1. In 1978 it was won by Ivan Capelli (cadett class), while Nicola Cardoni was third. You can read about the history of racing on several websites.
