When you become a member of the 100 Club of Illinois, you’re joining an organization that is dedicated to supporting the families of fallen law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals. By becoming a member, you’re helping to ensure we can continue our important work in the communities we serve.
first responder Membership
Become a member of the 100 Club of Illinois today! This special membership level is only for First Responders who are becoming a member for the first time. Being a member of the 100 Club of Illinois is an annual donation to support the 100 Club’s mission of providing for families of first responders killed in the line of duty and supporting all active duty first responders across the state of Illinois. All membership levels include a membership card and vehicle sticker.

Gift Membership
If you would like to purchase a membership on behalf of a friend or loved one, please fill out the information for the recipient and indicate it on the form above by checking the gift box.
