Ross works with law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other first responders on the challenges that follow you home — intrusive thoughts, the struggle to shift from operational mode to spouse or parent, and the slow erosion that comes from decades on the line. He also works directly with first responder families, understanding firsthand the unique strain the career places on those holding down the home front.
