Lizzi Reinard is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and former police officer with 11 years of service. She founded Invictus Mind-Body Integration Therapy PLLC to support others who’ve carried the weight of trauma—on and off duty. With a Master’s in Art Therapy Counseling from SIUE and advanced training in EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and somatic therapies, Lizzi offers trauma-informed, body-based care that meets you where you are. A survivor of childhood and religious trauma, she understands what it means to rebuild from the inside out. She’s bilingual (English/Spanish) and has worked with a wide range of populations, including first responders, veterans, trauma survivors, and the Hispanic community
