I’m EMDRIA Certified and an EMDR Approved Consultant, with advanced training in dissociation, chronic illness, and the kind of layered trauma that builds from years of running toward danger instead of away from it. My work is direct, grounded, and designed for people who don’t have time for surface-level strategies. I help first responders process the calls that haunt them, navigate the moral injuries that don’t get talked about, and understand how their nervous system has adapted to survive a job that constantly demands more.
