The Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center is comprised of 104 agency members, with 13 peer support members, serving dispatchers. Their Peer Support program originated in 2025. Members are trained through peer support curriculums, including Dr. Michele Lilly’s Peer Support Training for 9-1-1 Dispatchers. Aside from peer support, other wellness programs that the department offers includes EAP, wellness spaces, and annual mental wellness checks.

The department’s peer support coordinators are available to collaborate in program development and implementation.
