The Spoon River Valley FOP Lodge #427 is comprised of 300 agency members, with 9 peer support members, serving law enforcement officers, corrections, dispatchers, firefighters, and paramedics. Their Peer Support program is new as of 2025. Members are trained through ICISF Assisting Individuals/Groups in Crisis and peer support members are to attend quarterly trainings.

Aside from peer support, other wellness programs that the FOP Lodge offers includes EAP, an in-house clinician, an in-house chaplain, and family programming and resources. Their peer support coordinators are available to coordinate assistance to outside agencies for one on one peer support requests, critical incident response, and program development or implementation collaboration.
